Shipping & Returns/ Pre-Order Policy

At Mantra Timing, we are dedicated to ensuring your experience with us is transparent and positive from the moment you place an order. Please review our policies below.

🔮 Pre-Order Process

Please note that all orders placed during our initial launch period will be treated as pre-orders. Each candle is hand-poured with intention and care just for you. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that your order will be crafted and shipped after our official launch date.

⏳ Processing Time

Due to the handmade nature of our products:
*   Please allow 5-10 business days for us to carefully craft, cure, and prepare your order for shipment.
*   This processing time is in addition to the shipping carrier's transit time.
*   You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been processed and shipped with your tracking information.

🚚 Shipping

*   Where We Ship: We currently ship within the United Kingdom.
*   Shipping Methods & Costs: We aim to ship all orders within 2-3 business days after the processing period. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location.
*   Delivery Timeframes: Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2-5 business days for UK Mainland. Please note these are estimates and not guarantees, as delays can sometimes occur with shipping carriers.
*   Order Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our studio.

📦 Returns & Refunds

Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of our products, we have a strict policy to ensure the safety and quality for all our customers.

*   Returns & Exchanges: We do not accept returns or exchanges on used candles. All sales are final once a candle has been lit.
*   Damaged or Defective Items: Your satisfaction is our priority. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at mantra.timing@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will gladly work with you to arrange a replacement or a full refund.
*   Cancellations: If you need to cancel a pre-order before it has entered the production process, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
