About Our Products & Process

 What makes Mantra Timing candles different?
      Our candles are more than scent; they are hand-poured tools for intention. Each blend is crafted with certified aromatherapy knowledge to target specific chakras and states of being, like our "Peaceful Protocol" for the central nervous system. We use a slow, mindful process over 3-5 days to ensure quality and potency.

 What are your candles made of? 
      We are deeply committed to both your well-being and the planet's. This commitment is reflected in our carefully chosen materials:

   Wax: Our candles are crafted with EcoSystem SCX Wax, a premium, plant-based blend. It is renowned for its excellent scent throw, clean burn (meaning less soot), and is made from renewable resources.
   Oils: We use only high-quality essential oils to create our therapeutic blends. This ensures that each candle not only smells beautiful but also delivers genuine aromatherapy benefits to support your chakra work and intention setting.
 Our Promise: This combination allows us to create a clean, powerful, and conscious product that aligns with our values of healing and harmony—for you and the environment.

 What does 'hand-poured' mean?
     It means each candle is made in small batches, not mass-produced. We literally pour the wax by hand into each vessel. This allows us to care for the quality of every single candle and infuse it with intention.

How do I place an order?
    You can browse and purchase all our available blends directly through our online shop! Simply add your chosen items to the cart and proceed to checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?
    Our shop accepts all major credit and debit cards securely through Wix Payments. We also still accept bank transfers for custom or bulk orders—please email us for those.

Is my payment and personal information secure?
    Absolutely. Our website uses SSL encryption, and all payments are processed through Wix's secure, PCI-compliant payment system. We never store your full payment details on our site.

Shipping

& Delivery

How long will it take to receive my order?
    As each candle is made to order, please allow 3-5 days for hand-pouring and curing before your order is shipped. You will receive a tracking number via email once it's on its way. UK shipping typically takes 2-3 business days after that.

Do you offer local delivery or collection?
    Yes! For customers in the Nottingham area, we offer local hand-delivery for your first order as a thank you. Select "Local Delivery" at checkout and we will contact you to arrange a time.

Do you ship outside the UK?
    Not at this time. We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Returns, Refunds

& Damages

What is your return policy?
    Due to the personal, hygeneic nature of candles, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on products that have been used or lit. We stand by our quality and if you receive a defective or damaged product, see below.

What if my candle arrives damaged?
    We take great care in packaging, but sometimes shipping happens. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at mantra.timing@gmail.com within 48 hours with a photo of the damage. We will happily send a replacement or issue a refund.

I have a problem with my order. What should I do?
    Please get in touch! We're here to help. Email us at mantra.timing@gmail.com with your order number and the issue, and we will make it right.
